3 Vermouth, 12 Aromatic plants from all over the world, 10 Macerated alcoholic spices and herbs that will be of your vermouth ingredients. Each participant chooses the ingredients they prefer to create their own secret recipe. A workstation set up with herbs and spices, professional tinctures, base wine, dropper, funnels. Everyone will take home their own Vermouth bottle with a personalised label to remember the experience.
To introduce guests to the magical world of vermouth and conduct the tasting will be Fulvio Piccinino, undisputed master of the sector. For years, in fact, he has been engaged in research projects and revaluation of vermouth and seminars for the dissemination of a conscious and healthy culture of drinking.
Pride of our territory is the Vermouth of Turin: an Italian excellence austere, bitter, more than traditional Vermouth, with strong herbaceous notes.
This geographical indication provides for the exclusive use of wine of Italian origin and the choice of artemisia of exclusively Piedmontese origin, and, for the Superiore version, also other plants and aromatic herbs must always come from the region or the rest of Italy.
The experience takes about 1h30.
