PROGRAM

An entire day dedicated to the truffle, dishes and wines of this splendid area, a Unesco World Heritage Site. Arrive in the morning at the truffle ground, considered by experts to be one of the best in the world in terms of quality and size, in a flat area of 6 hectares with a very strong and natural vocation for the White Truffle, and set off to search guided by an expert Trifulau and his dogs. At the end, you will enjoy a culinary experience of the highest level, in an elegant restaurant, surrounded by wine and hazelnut groves, where you will taste the fruit of your search in combination with traditional Piedmontese dishes accompanied by the great red wines of the area. It is possible to combine the experience with other activities and food and wine tastings.
