Described as one of the seven wonders of the world, Petra is certainly the most precious treasure of Jordan and its major tourist attraction.
It is a vast city with unique characteristics: the Nabataeans, industrious Arab population settled in this area over 2000 years ago, created it from bare rock and transformed it into a crucial hub for the trade routes of silk and spices, thanks to which China, India and South Arabia were able to make contact with Egypt, Syria, Greece and Rome.
The enormous red mountains and great mausoleums of a past life have nothing in common with modern civilization, and all they ask for is to be admired for their true value as one of the most amazing wonders nature that man have ever created.

SATURDAY May 20, 2023
Breakfast at the hotel.
Drive to the beautiful Wadi Rum Desert.
This unique place in the world offers fabulous, unspoilt and timeless landscapes.
Upon our arrival we will enter the heart of the desert with a 4x4 jeep for an unforgettable safari (duration 3 hours)
We will then stop at a Bedouin camp for a dinner in the middle of the desert.
Return to Aqaba in the evening.

Free day on the Red Sea.
