Morning arrival at the truffle ground, considered by experts to be one of the best in the world in terms of quality and size, in a flat area of 6 hectares with a very strong and natural vocation for the White Truffle, and departure for the search guided by an expert Trifulau and his dogs.
Afterwards, you will enjoy a culinary experience of the highest level, in an elegant restaurant, surrounded by wine-growing landscapes and hazelnut groves, where you will taste the fruit of your research in combination with traditional Piedmontese dishes accompanied by the great red wines of the region.
